Carrie revealed she'll be joining the lineup at the CMA Music Fest this year on June 13 at LP Field in Nashville, TN. She's been appearing at the huge country music fest since 2005 and this year marks her 10th anniversary. CMA Fest is always a great chance for fans to get up close and personal with their favorite country artists and the performances are always filmed and played back a little later. Last year she performed "Somethin' Bad" alongside Miranda Lambert, and in previous years she's done songs like "See You Again", "Blown Away", "Cowboy Casanova" and "Last Name". One particularly memorable appearance came in 2013 when she covered "Paradise City". That video can be found here
Meanwhile, she also tweeted out that she's working on new music in the studio and she thinks that we're all going to like the new stuff - so be patient and keep waiting for (probably) a new album to come out later this year.
