The 2017 CMT Music Awards are set to air live from Nashville, TN on June 7, only on CMT.
Carrie Underwood, the most awarded artist in the history of the CMT honors, is again up for three nominations at this year's show. Underwood's "Church Bells" music video is up for the night's biggest honor, Video of the Year, as well as Best Female Video of the Year.
Carrie has won 15 CMT honors over the span of her career, including several wins for Video of the Year.
The awards are entirely fan-voted, so you can head over to cmt.com today to start voting on this year's big winners. Carrie is also nominated alongside Keith Urban for their video, "The Fighter", for Collaborative Video of the Year.
